My Story
I’ve built businesses. I’ve grown businesses. And I’ve also learnt what happens when the business you created starts consuming your life.
For years, I believed success meant growing bigger - more clients, more staff, more responsibility, more everything.
But bigger doesn’t always mean better.
Running my own businesses has taught me more than any course ever could. I’ve experienced the wins, the stress, the financial pressure, the staffing challenges, the difficult decisions and the reality of being the person everyone turns to when something goes wrong.
And somewhere along the way, I realised something.
I genuinely love business - but what I love most is helping other people succeed.
I love taking someone’s idea and helping them turn it into something real. I love looking at a business and seeing where things could be simpler, stronger or more profitable. And I love helping people achieve goals they didn’t think were possible.
That’s why I created The Small Business Edit.
This isn’t about teaching people how to build the biggest business possible.
It’s about helping small business owners build a business that actually works for them.
Better systems. Clearer direction. Smarter decisions. Stronger boundaries. More confidence.
Because your business should support the life you want - not become your entire life.
Everything I share through The Small Business Edit comes from real experience.
The good decisions, the bad ones, the lessons I learnt the hard way, and the things I wish someone had told me years ago.
This feels like the beginning of something that genuinely fits who I am and what I love doing.
Welcome to The Small Business Edit.
